Meridian Concert
The Meridian Concert is the flagship of Baranik Guitars and represents the evolution from prior models to this modern day model.
It takes the asymmetrical body ideas that were designed in the past CX and JX models in 2001 and improves upon for greater comfort and ergonomics. It's a larger guitar that feels a fraction of it's size thanks the the tight waist width and higher treble waist line. The lower bass bout has been expanded which increases the lower bout air cavity and allows for the optional addition of a discreet arm bevel without eating away valuable soundboard real estate. The novel fanned back bracing that Baranik Guitars developed has been kept intact since it's 2002 introduction.
The use of double sides are used not only to stiffen the rim for improved tonal qualities but the strengthen the body for the optional adjustable neck. With one turn of the neck strap button you can lower or raise the action for either different playing styles or changes with humidity or temperature.
The Meridian Concert is also the most detailed oriented model we offer with features that include unique rosettes and body and neck aesthetics including a curved headstock front and back and wood inlayed wedges and heels.
A perfect platform for many types of playing styles, it is the most versatile Baranik model.
